As a consultant, I am asked to help an organization develop strategies for them to move forward. The substantive areas to be addressed are usually some aspects of change management, communication, issues, or conflict. Typically, I interview stakeholders, hold focus groups and workshops, and write reports. As. an experienced educator, Iā€™m able to use principles of teaching and learning to create a climate for engaging sessions. Recently, I have facilitated sessions on joy in the workplace, how to give feedback, the power of gratitude and the value of human connections for women.
